Pre-order terms

Effective 4 November 2026. Bluma is sold and operated by The Frolic App Pty Ltd (ACN 697 066 265), Melbourne, Australia.

• What you are buying. One year of Bluma Pro from the day Bluma launches to the public (“launch”), for A$39 including GST, paid now through Stripe. Launch is planned for early 2027: Gmail first, Outlook and Slack after. The founding year is limited to 100 people.
• Refund, no questions. Email hello@usebluma.com at any time before launch, or within 30 days after launch, and we refund the full A$39 to the card you paid with. Stripe returns it to your card; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
• If we don't build it. We decide by 15 January 2027 at the latest whether enough people want Bluma to build it. If we decide not to, every pre-order is refunded within five business days of that decision, and you get an email saying so.
• Early access. Pre-order customers are offered access while Bluma is in testing. Until Google completes its verification of the app, Gmail connections made in testing expire after seven days and need reconnecting; we will tell you when that ends.
• What this is not. It is not an investment, not a promise of any feature beyond those on the page when you bought, and not transferable.
• Who you are dealing with. The Frolic App Pty Ltd (ACN 697 066 265), Melbourne. The Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies them.
